Cairo – Mubasher: The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Egyptian pound moved higher at the Egyptian banks on Sunday.
The US dollar was offered at EGP 18.25 at HSBC Bank and at EGP 17.6 at each of Piraeus Bank and EL Baraka Bank.
Earlier, the Central Bank of Egypt decided to float the Egyptian pound against the US dollar.
