Cairo – Mubasher: The Exchange rate of the USD – EGP remained unchanged at the trades of the Egyptian banks on Tuesday.
The US dollar offered at EGP 17.6 to EGP 18, while bought at EGP 17 to EGP 17.45.
Earlier, the Egyptian Central Bank decided to float the Egyptian pound against the US dollar, in addition to raising the interest rate by 300 points.
