Mubasher: The Exchange rate of the US dollar against the Egyptian pound remained stable on Thursday early trades at Egyptian Banks.
The USD – EGP pair offered at EGP 17.5 to EGP 17.95, while purchased at EGP 17 to EGP 17.45.
Earlier, the Central Bank of Egypt decided to float the Egyptian pound against the US dollar and also decided to raise the interest rate by 300 points.
