Cairo - Mubasher: The price of the US dollar in Egyptian banks, on Tuesday 27 December, varied between EGP 18.65 and 19.05 for buying, and EGP 18.85 and 19.50 for selling.
The data of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) showed that the exchange rate of the US Dollar in the Egyptian banks during today’s trade averaged EGP 19.22 for buying, and EGP 18.81 for selling.
The United Bank registered the highest buying rate at EGP 19.05 for, with EGP 19.15 for selling.
Meanwhile, Banque du Caire offered the lowest selling price at EGP 18.85.
The US dollar registered EGP 18.99 for buying and between EGP 19.3 to EGP 19.25 for selling in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and Piraeus.
In HSBC, Misr Iran, Housing and Development, and Export Development the rate recorded EGP 18.9 for buying and between EGP 19.1 and EGP 19.5 for selling.
AAIB, Blom, and Bank of Alexandria set the rate at EGP 18.8 for buying and between EGP 18.95 and EGP 19.35 for selling.
