UAE - Mubasher: Uber has launched its services in Sharjah as part of its expansion plan and objectives to create more job opportunities for drivers, according to a press release on Tuesday.
The emirate's citizens can now use the UberSelect app, which is found in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The company confirmed its commitment to the precautionary measures amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to ensure the safety of its customers and drivers, including the wearing of face masks.
It is noteworthy to mention that Uber started its operations in Dubai in 2013 and Abu Dhabi in 2018.
