Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura Cement Company achieved SAR 18.9 million in profits during the third quarter of 2019, versus SAR 3.93 million in losses in Q3-18.
Revenues of the Saudi firm hiked by 89.7% to SAR 63.96 million in Q3-19, compared to SAR 33.7 million in the corresponding quarter of 2018, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
For the first nine months of 2019, net profits of Umm Al Qura soared by 719% to SAR 52.7 million, from SAR 6.43 million in the same period last year.
On a yearly basis, total revenues jumped by 43% to SAR 173.9 million during the nine-month period ended September.
By the end of September, profit per share recorded SAR 0.96, compared to SAR 0.12 in September 2018.
