Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura Cement said its Portland cement plant would start commercial production as well as sales by 18 September.
The company pointed out that it would be difficult to determine the financial impact of the new production line since it depend to great extent on the market’s supply and demand.
Earlier, the company said it started the trial operations of the Portland cement plant on 28 August.
