Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura Cement Company’s (UACC) stock on Tuesday saw a private transaction at a value of SAR 74.25 million on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The stock witnessed the trading of 5.14 million shares, at SAR 14.46 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The highest price for the trading of UACC’s stock was at SAR 15.96, whereas the lowest price hit SAR 15.82.
Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
