Mubasher: The unemployment rate in the Euro area dropped in October to its lowest level since 2009, which represents an indicator of a recovered EU economies.
The unemployment rate in the Euro area registered 8.8% in October, compared to 8.9% in September, according to Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
The number of unemployed people in the Euro area declined by 88,000 in October to 14.34 million, the Eurostat’s data showed.
Unemployed people in the Euro area decreased by 1.473 million in October, compared to the year-ago period.
