Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance announced that its subsidiary, Iskan Oman Investment Company, has passed its recommendation to the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to sell one of its assets in Oman.
The financial impact of this deal will be determined following the shareholders’ meeting and the signing of the final contracts, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
According to the data available to Mubasher, Unicap owns a stake of nearly 6% in Iskan Oman Investment.
