Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Unicap Investment and Finance approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 5% as bonus shares for fiscal year 2016.
The shareholders approved distributing 1 share per each 20 as a bonus for FY16, according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
During FY16, Unicap reported a growth of 26.4% in profits to KWD 1.39 million, compared to KWD 1.1 million in FY15.
