Mubasher: A Kuwaiti court has rejected the lawsuit filed by Unicap Investment and Finance against Abdulhassan Ali Khaga, issuing a ruling against the company.
The court has ordered Unicap to pay KWD 2.11 million to Khaga, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
At the stock level, Unicap on Sunday reached 51 fils by 10:45am Kuwait time, after 1.4 million shares were exchanged at a value of about KWD 69,800.
