Mubasher: The court of appeal in Kuwait has issued a ruling rejecting an appeal filed by Unicap Investment and Finance.
Upon this court ruling, Unicap will pay KWD 2.11 million to Abdulmohsen Ali Al Khaja, who filed a lawsuit against the Boursa Kuwait-listed company, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The lawsuit was filed against Unicap claiming a pay KWD 2.56 million.
