Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Union Cement Co said its shareholders approved 11% cash dividends, or 11 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total cash dividends amount to AED 73.64 million for FY16.
The company’s capital stands at AED 669.438 million, distributed on 669.438 million shares at AED 1 per share.
