Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Shareholders of Union Cement Co. (UCC) approved last Thursday the cash dividends at 12% of capital for 2015.
The 12% dividends amount to AED 669.4 million.
Shareholders also gave the go-ahead to continue using 10% of the voluntary reserve, as well as authorizing the board to amend the articles of association in accordance with the new commercial law.
