Dubai – Mubasher: Union Properties (UP) on Sunday said it will commence construction operations for its Oia Residences in MotorCity at a total cost of AED 450 million.
The project comprises a total of 269 residential units, according to a bourse filing.
UP chairman Khalid bin Kalban said that project implementation is part of the company’s strategy to deliver a number of projects by the end of 2017.
He added that UP will put up Oya Residence units for sale in 2016.
The Dubai-listed developer’s share ended Sunday at a rise of 0.24% to AED 0.842 after a turnover of AED 6.32 million.
