Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Universal for Paper and Packaging Material (Unipack) hired Osoul Arabia Financial Consultants and Securities as an independent financial advisor to study the buy offer submitted by Pioneers Holding.
Earlier, Pioneers made a mandatory tender offer to the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority for purchasing 66.8% or 5.35 million shares of (Unipack).
