Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of United Carton Industries Company greenlighted the distribution of SAR 20 million in cash dividends to 40 million eligible shares for 2025.
The Tadawul-listed company will disburse a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the share's par value, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be 20 and 30 April 2026, respectively.
Last February, United Carton Industries unveiled plans to expand its Ras Al Khaimah plant project in the UAE through its subsidiary, Ras Al Khaimah Packaging Limited Company.
