Doha – Mubasher: United Development Company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to sell a tower in the Abraj Quartier project, CEO, Ibrahim El Othman, said on Monday.
El Othman added, on the side lines of a press conference to announce the signing, that construction works have reached an advanced stage, resulting in concluding the MoU with a prominent real estate investor to sell the tower (AQ-02) after completing the construction.
Abraj Quartier towers is the tallest in the Pearl Island as each tower comprises 42 storeys.
