Doha-Mubasher: United Development Company (UDC) plans to sell its 10% stake in Gulf Formaldehyde Company (GFC), according to a bourse statement.
It is worth mentioning that GFC is a joint venture between UDC, Qatar Fertilizer Company (QAFCO), Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company and Amwal.
