Dubai – Mubasher: United Foods Company’s (UFC) profit grew in the first quarter of fiscal 2016 by 2.7% to AED 6.635 million ($1.81 million), versus AED 6.463 million ($1.7 million) in Q1-15.
Total sales also increased to AED 99.85 million ($27.19 million) by the end of March 2016 from AED 99.25 million ($27.02 million) in the same period of 2015.
UFC earlier posted a net profit of AED 27.78 million ($7.56 million) in 2015, rising 72.2% from AED 16.13 million ($4.39 million) in 2014.
