Dubai-Mubasher: United Foods Company’s (UFC) will hold its shareholders’ ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 14 June, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will discuss amendments to the memorandum of association, as well as considering expansion plans proposed by the board.
