Mubasher: The income statements of United Real Estate reported a 4% growth in profits to KWD 3.8 million ($12.4 million) during the fourth quarter of 2016, compared to KWD 3.65 million ($1.92 million) in the corresponding period of 2015.
During the fiscal year, earnings gained 2.05% to total KWD 8.71 million from KWD 8.53 million in FY15, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
United Real Estate said that the increase in profits was due to foreign exchange gains.
