Mubasher: United Real Estate announced it has signed a joint agreement to establish a company in Sudan, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The new company has a capital of $5 million (KWD 1.515 million), with a purpose of building a commercial entertainment project in Sudan.
United Real Estate contributes with 80% of capital in this project.
The financial impact of this agreement will be registered in Fy18.
