Cairo – Mubasher: United Company for Housing and Development on Thursday posted surging net profits by 669.49% in the first quarter of 2016.
Consolidated net profits jumped to EGP 38.85 million ($4.38 million) in Q1-16 from EGP 5.05 million ($570,140) in the corresponding period in 2014, according to a bourse filing.
The housing and development company previously reported a profit of EGP 36.1 million in 2015, compared with EGP 34.7 million in 2014.
