Cairo – Mubasher: Univert Food Industries reported a decline of 10.6% in its profits for the first six months of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
It net profit thus declined to EGP 1.39 million ($156,000) from EGP 1.56 million ($175,000) registered in the year-ago period.
Total sales stood at EGP 21.35 million, higher 63.8% year-over-year from EGP 13 million.
In the first quarter, the company earned EGP 836,450 ($94,400).
