Cairo - Mubasher:The board of directors of Univert Food Industries gave go-ahead to raise the company's issued capital from EGP 80 million to EGP 89.81 million.
The EGP 89.81 million increase will distributed across 89.81 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
Last November, the company initiated a right issue to raise its capital EGP 100 million.The right's issue first phase was covered by 49.03%, while the second phase didn't receive any subscriptions.
