Cairo - Mubasher: Upper Egypt Flour Mills reported a 14.68% net profit increase in the fiscal year ended 30 June 2016, to EGP 107.51 million ($12.08 million) from EGP 93.75 million ($10.53 million) last year.
The company’s board proposed distrusting cash dividends at 75% of capital or EGP 7.5 per share, with a total of EGP 52.5 million, according to the company’s statement.
In the company’s last ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved distrusting cash dividends at 67.5% of capital or EGP 6.75.
