Upper Egypt Mills profits rise 60% in 9M

Cairo - Mubasher: The financial indicators of Upper Egypt Flour Mills showed a rise in profits by 60% year-on-year during the nine-month period that ended 31 March 2017.

The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday that profits totalled EGP 151.8 million between July 2016 and March 2017, compared to profits of EGP 94.8 million in the same period the year before.

Revenues grew to EGP 2.2 billion from EGP 2.07 billion for the same period in the previous year, as per the statement.
