Cairo - Mubasher: The financial statements of Upper Egypt Flour Mills Company showed a rise in profits by 73% during the nine-month period that ended 31 March 2017, as shown by the company’s consolidated financial statements.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday that profits reached EGP 171.42 million between July 2016 and March 2017 compared to EGP 99.06 million for the same period in the year before.
During the same period, revenues grew to EGP 2.5 billion up from EGP 2.28 billion, while independent profits reached EGP 163.9 million between July and March compared to EGP 94.8 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.
