Cairo - Mubasher: The board members of Vertika for Industry and Trade Company greenlighted increasing its capital to EGP 6.68 million from EGP 5.13 million through bonus shares.
The company will raise the capital by EGP 1.54 million, which will be funded from 2025’s retained earnings and profits, according to a bourse filing.
Subject to relevant approvals, the capital hike process will be executed through the distribution of free shares as 1.50 free shares for every five existing shares held by shareholders.
