Riyadh- Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe’s board recommended distributing 15% cash dividends or SAR 1.5 a share to shareholders for the second quarter of 2016 , with a total of SAR 22.5 million.
Shareholders of records registered on 30 June will be entitled to receive the dividends which will be paid on 20 July, according to the company’s filing to Tadawul.
The company’s financial statements showed that the net profit rose 16.42% year-on-year to SAR 31.2 million in Q1-16 from SAR 21.9 million.
The stock closed at SAR 91.69, gaining 0.25%, at the end of Tuesday’s session.
