Kuwait - Mubasher: Kuwait Telecommunication Company (VIVA) reported an increase in profits in the fourth quarter of 2016 by 8.4%, according to a bourse filing.
Profits reached KWD 11 million ($36 million) in Q4-16 compared to KWD 10.15 million ($33.2 million) in Q4-15, while the net profit in 2016 totalled KWD 43 million.
According to the company’s statement to Boursa Kuwait, the company’s board has recommended the distribution of cash dividends at 10 fils per share.
