Vodafone Egypt names new CEO

Cairo - Egypt: Vodafone Egypt has named Mohamed Abdallah as a new CEO of the company to succeed Alexandre Froment-Curtil, according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

Abdullah will assume his new position starting from November 2020.

In his statement, Abdallah said that Egypt is achieving progress in the field of digital transformation, and Vodafone will support all sectors to adopt digital transformation and implement Egypt's Vision 2030.

In 1998, Abdallah joined Vodafone to occupy several leading positions in the company's commercial department, including the head of Enterprise Marketing and head of Consumer Marketing.
