Cairo – Mubasher: Vodafone Egypt is planning to be fully dependent on renewable energy by 2025, the company stated on Thursday.
The telecom company launched an EGP 500 million tender for a solar power plant to supply its networks, with a total capacity of 50 megawatts.
The plant’s cost includes constructions and power generation and distribution.
