Doha – Mubasher: Vodafone Qatar announced on Sunday that its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM) will be held on 25 July.
The EGM is set to discuss amend the foreign ownership rate (excluding nationals GCC) to 49%, to comply with the foreign investment law, according to a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the OGM will discuss the company’s financial statements and cash dividends for the fiscal year ended on 31 March, 2016.
