Cairo-Mubasher: Global Lease, a subsidiary of Wadi Degla Holding, signed a deal worth EGP 200 million with Banque Misr, to finance the lease contracts which will be concluded in the next period.
The move will boost the company's cash flows, financing lease activities and number of customers, said Chairman Maged Helmi.
He added that his company has recently completed the legal procedures of raising paid-in capital from EGP 15 million to EGP 50 million.
