Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance Company (Wafa Insurance) announced on Monday the results of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
EGM abstained to ratify all conducted businesses of its board from 11 July till 18 December, according to a bourse filing.
On the other hand, it approved amending article 13 of the company bylaws, the corporate governance manual and electing a new board for the 4th session for three years.
