Riyadh – Mubasher: The losses of the Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) plunged by 87.74% on yearly basis over the third quarter (Q3) of 2019 to reach SAR 4.07 million.
The drop in losses was ascribed to a slump in the net paid claims provision to SAR 387,000 in the July-September period in 2019, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Over the nine-month period ended on 30 September 2019, the losses registered SAR 32.433 million, a decrease of 57.15% when compared to SAR 75.69 million in the year-ago period.
