Riyadh – Mubasher: Wafra for Industry and Development Co’s board approved the resignation of its chairman Mofrh bin Abdullah Al Marzok.
The company highlighted that Al Marzok had submitted his resignation on 25 April for personal reasons.
The resignation will be effective as of 5 June, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The board appointed Khalid Abdulaziz Abdul Rahman Almajed to replace Al Marzok.
Moreover, Abdullah Ali Ahmed Rajab was also hired as the deputy chairman of the company to replace Almajed in his old post.
