Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly meeting of Wafrah for Industry and Development Company has elected a new board of directors for the coming term ending 3 July 2022.
The general assembly has appointed Khalid Abdulaziz Abdul Rahman Almajed as the board’s chairman, according to the firm’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
Moreover, Ibrahim Mohammed Hadi Al Daghrir was hired as the board’s vice chairman.
It is worth noting that Wafrah has turned to profitability in the first quarter of 2019 with a net profit of SAR 529,250.
