Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Waha Capital has approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 7.5% of the capital as cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.
Waha Capital will pay 7.5 fils per share to the attributed shareholders for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
It is noteworthy that Waha Capital achieved AED 145 million profit in FY18.
