Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Waha Capital repurchased 740,000 shares, or 0.04% of its capital shares, on 10 July, according to a bourse filing.
The shares were bought back at AED 1.97 each, totaling AED 1.46 million roughly.
Thus, the company had repurchased a total of 98.22 million treasury shares and 96.23 million one is still remaining.
The stock quote ended Sunday’s trading session 0.5% higher to AED 1.97 after 1.69 million shares were traded at AED 3.3 million.
