Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: UAE’s Waha Capital is planning to float shares of 25%-owned Dunia Finance LLC in the near future after the company reached a ‘suitable’ size, said Chairman Hussain Al-Nowais.
However, the chairman did not set a timeframe for the share offering or the planned stake to be floated.
“All financial indicators, infrastructure and fiscal structure for Dunia Finance allow for the possibility of offering the company for subscription in the near future,” said Al-Nowais.
