Mubasher: The board members of Waha Capital approved the resignation of its chairman Salem Rashid Al Noaimi, according to a bourse disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
The ADX-listed company will appoint Waleed Mokarrab Al Muhairi as the new chairman of Waha Capital.
Furthermore, Waha Capital approved the resignation of Al Noaimi from its board membership, and appointing Nader Al Hammadi as his successor.
“The company is set on a clear growth path, backed by financial strength and a talented team. I am confident that the new board and senior management of the company will collaborate closely to build further on the company’s successes,” Salem Rashid Al Noaimi, the outgoing chairman of Waha Capital said.
