Riyadh – Mubasher: Wajd Life Trading Company has announced the awarding of a significant service contract by Majmaah University at a project value of approximately SAR 39.28 million, according to a bourse disclosure.
The contract marks a substantial expansion of the company’s operational portfolio within the Kingdom’s educational infrastructure sector.
Upon the agreement awarded and formalized on 20 May 2026, Wajd Life will provide comprehensive facilities management services for Majmaah University.
The scope of the agreement, meanwhile, covers the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the university’s various colleges and associated facilities.
This multi-faceted mandate requires the company to ensure the structural and operational integrity of the university's academic and administrative environment, supporting the institution's daily educational activities.
It is worth noting that the awarding of this contract followed a competitive bidding process, described in the disclosure as a competition for operation, maintenance, and cleaning services, highlighting the company's ability to meet the technical and logistical standards required by public sector entities.
In accordance with the transparency and disclosure regulations established by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for listed companies in Saudi Arabia, Wajd Life confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
