Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Company (Walaa) announced that it has changed its name, following the board’s recommendation and the shareholders’ approval.
The company’s new name will be Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
At the stock level, Walaa closed Monday’s session 1.03% lower at SAR 28.8.
