Mubasher: Warba Bank announced that its board member Ahmed Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Ghannam has purchased 499,000 shares on Sunday.
The board member has acquired the equity at a value of 231 fils and 232 fils per share, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The issued and paid-up capital of Warba Bank stands at KWD 100 million, while the bank has 1.5 billion existing shares.
