Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Warba Bank’s board member Eid Nasser Ali Al Rashedi has sold 180,000 shares in the bank during Sunday’s session, 3 February 2019.
Selling the shares was at a value of KWD 39,420 or 219 fils per share, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
It is noteworthy that Warba Bank has a capital of KWD 150 million distributed on 1.5 billion shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
At the stock level, Warba Bank closed Monday’s session 0.45% higher at 221 fils.
