Kuwait-Mubasher: Warba Insurance will consider a dividends distribution on 22 March, according to a statement.
Warba’s ordinary general meeting will discuss a payment of 10% cash dividends or 10 fils per share payout, with a total value of KWD 1.62 million ($5.39 million).
The insurance firm’s stock levelled up by 2% to settle at 112 fils.
